Apple & Cinnamon to speed metabolism

– To speed up metabolism  and purifying the body of toxins

– Reduces the weight by pulling excess fluid from the body

Recipe:

One Apple any  kind …prefer to be fresh

Five Cinnamon sticks

Put   cinnamon and apple slices in a  oitcher  and cover it with drinking water

Place it in  the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Prefers to drink on an empty stomach, morning time ..

Keep drinking it for at least two weeks to see good results
