Avocado N Eggs The Perfect Breakfast For All
Delicious(low carb)
Ingredients:
8 eggs
2 med Avocados (mashed)
1 Tbsp Cilantro
2 Tbsp Lime Juice
2 Tbsp chopped onions
Little Salt & Pepper to taste
Paprika
Directions
Boil 8 eggs, let eggs cool then peel. Cut boiled eggs in half, place the yolks in a bowl and add all ingredients.
Mix together and spoon into the egg whites. Sprinkle a little paprika on top.
(You will have some filling left over you can use for a dip or to stuff celery,etc)
