Back Acne – How to Avoid Them
Hi Divas,
Back Acne …We all know how annoying it is….Back Acne
Back acne is similar to acne that erupts on the face. It’s caused by a combo of oil production, dead skin cells, bacteria and dirt.
The obvious culprit is sweaty clothing, especially gym garb. These tight-fitting fabrics, like sports bras, aren’t as breathable as cotton,
they rub up against the skin, and they’re usually drenched in sweat. That’s a recipe for a breakout. Other causes could be friction
—anything that rubs or irritates the skin, such as a backpack or heavy purse worn on a hot day.
To prevent back acne, make sure to shower after working out or sweating profusely. Use a body wash that contains 10% benzoyl peroxide
or salicylic acid and let it sit at least 30 seconds before rinsing off. If you’re going to wear a backless dress, use a 30% benzoyl peroxide wash to
zap acne fast. Remember to keep hair styling products away from the back and rinse off well after shampooing and conditioning.
Awesome thanks
