Berry tart
it’s so easy and yummy
Ingredients
1 10 oz box of Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Shells,
I used the fillo dough..spray a pancake pan put the dough inside the pan and bake it…when it’s golden remove from the pan to cool
2 8 oz pkg of cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp Whipping Cream
Any berries in season

Prepare the pastry shells per pkg instructions.
Whip the cream cheese with an electric mixer. Add sugar, lemon juice & whipping cream. Beat well. Can be refrigerated until ready to use.
Prepare berries. Either chop them to mix with the cream cheese or slice them to top the filling. If you want to use the
filling as a pie just beat up the berries & cream cheese by hand so as not to break up the berries too much.
Fill a graham cracker crust & refrigerate until firm (at least 2 hrs).
