Coconut known one of the most treasured foods of all time,

coconut products — including coconut milk, coconut water,

coconut oil, and coconut cream — each deliver superb health benefits
1 cup of Coconut Milk
1 banana
1 bunch of spinach
2 leaves of kale
1 tablespoon of flax oil
1 tablespoon of wheat germ
½ cup of ice
For garnishing:
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
Method
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix it well ,leave some pomegranate seeds to garnish your smoothie.
sprinkle a handful of pomegranate seeds on top once the mixture is poured into the glass. Not only does it add a cool crunch factor to the creamy texture, but it’s also loaded with additional health benefits.
