Cucumber – To Reduce Belly Fat – In A Short Period Of Time

Belly fat for me  is a nightmare ,  but thanks to grandam Susan

Most of you have already fought with belly fat and you know how hard it is to get rid of that fat . Belly Fat can be reduced with this drink and you will finally solve your ‘’nightmare’’.

When you sleep, your metabolism is slower than when you are awake and this drink will upsurge your metabolism and your organism will burn calories while you are asleep.

The ingredients which are included in this drink are helping to reduce belly fat while sleeping but if you have any allergy to any of the ingredients don’t try it and if you tried it and didn’t help see your Doctor :

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber
  • A bunch of parsley or cilantro
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp  grated fresh ginger
  • 2 tbsp. Aloe Vera juice better if fresh
  • ½ glass of water
  • Use ice if you want it colder

 

Method:

Put all the ingredients in a juicer and mix. Consume  One cup of the drink before you go to bed and the results will be visible in a short period of time. I  Myself took it before meals too and make me feel fresh too.

 

Aloe Vera Juice:

Is rich with antioxidants which slow down the growth of free radicals in the body and reduce inflammatory processes. It stimulates the medical rate which in turn helps for the consumption of more energy.

Ginger:

Ginger is accelerating the metabolism, preventing constipation and melting excess belly fat. It contains very important minerals such as: magnesium, calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium and etc. It also contains vitamin: B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, vitamin C and E.

Parsley and cilantro:

The both of them are very rich with antioxidants, minerals and vitamins which are good for your health and they are also ‘’fighting’’ against the belly fat.

Lemon:

Lemons are eliminating the toxins which were stacked in the body. This speeds up the process of fat melting. Lemons are rich source of vitamin C and as other citrus fruits, they have significant concentrations of citric acid.

Cucumbers:

If you want to feel refreshed during the all day, you need a cucumber which contains a lot of water, fibers and only 45 calories. Cucumber is very effective in burning belly fat.
