Five drinks to flat your tummy…

There are certain drinks that can give you flat tummy ! All you need is keeping a healthy diet and drinking these five drinks:
1- Water: Have no less than 8 glasses of water a day, even more   during the summer. Water is essential and a must for your body. It flushes out all the toxins off your body.
2- Green Tea: Although green tea is very famous worldwide many people don’t use it. The benefits from drinking green tea are plenty but most important, it burns all your fat belly.

3-  Milk: is very healthy and will make your tummy flat. There are different kind of milks you can try, such as coconut milk,almond milk, goats milk .

4- Orange Juice: very healthy and makes your body stay fit.

5- Protein Shakes: are recommended only if you exercise hard and want some extra proteins to keep you going.

  • Hi I wanna try dis but i’m like 106 lbs,so I don’t wanna lose weight just my tummy fat.yes i do have a high stomach and it irritates me because i’m small and my tummy is big.I look like i’m pregnant.What can u suggest 4 me????would really appreciate it…thanks…
