Flat belly rules
Some of us suffer from the fat around theĀ belly.So we need to exercise and eat healthy food and of course to drink at least 8 glass of water .
It’s easy to read but very hard to manage and as usual we start and we want this to happen magically and fast while we have to be passion

However many times you eat, always make sure that you’re keeping an eye on your portions.
- Try to take in the right carbohydrates in small proportion. Never eat what you like but the food with lots of fiber.
- Fibrous food makes you feel that the stomach is full. That will help you reduce the food intake.
- Eat small meals so often. It accelerates metabolism. If you allow your body to remain without eating for a long time you will get more hunger.
- That will make you take big meals
- Eat one broil egg in the morning but be careful if you have high cholesterol don’t eat the yolks only the white .The egg will give you protein
- and make you full all day.If you add orange to your breakfast this will fill your stomach and you will fill full .

Sounds like a good idea, but does age make a difference. I’m on the older side.
