Fruit Smoothies Enjoy Them This Summer
Summer time make me feel sticky and muggy that’s why I tried to enjoy some smoothies to refresh myself ,

Strawberry Lemonade Slurpee
- 2 cups lemonade (6 tbsp. organic lemon juice, 2 c. water, 1 – 2 Tbsp. maple syrup)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 cup strawberries, frozen
Pretty in Pink Grapefruit Smoothie
- 1.5 cups freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice (about 2 large grapefruits)
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup ice
- 2 bananas (fresh or frozen)
Pineapple Guava
- 1 cup pineapple chunks, frozen
- 1.5 cup guava juice (preferably raw)
- 2 tsp. maple syrup
- 1/2 cup ice
- sea salt rimmed glasses
- lime wedges for garnish
Fresh Peach Nut Milk Smoothie
- 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1 fresh ripe peach
- 1/2 cup frozen peach chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen papaya chunks (or just more peach)
- 1 1/2 cups of your favorite nut or seed milk (preferably raw)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
Avocado Colada
- 1 1/3 cups raw orange juice
- 1 1/4 cups pineapple chunks, frozen
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 small banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup ice (more if needed)
- juice from 1/2 organic lime
- dash of cayenne for garnish (optional)
Kiwi Basil Daiquiri
- 3 kiwis – peeled, sliced and frozen
- 1 banana
- 1 pink grapefruit, juiced (about 3/4 cup juice)
- 1 handful fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup (or more) ice cubes
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
For each recipe above, simple pace all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy.
