Homemade hibiscus facial mask


This mask is very beneficial for dry skin with an unhealthy yellowish undertone. The hibiscus tones the skin, while softening and whitening it.

For the mask, you will need

  • 1 tablespoon hibiscus tea
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • plain oatmeal

Scald hibiscus with a quarter of a cup of boiling water and brew for 30-40 minutes. Mix honey with 2 tablespoons of hibiscus brew.

Add plain oatmeal to make into a paste. Apply to a clean face and neck area. Leave for 10-15 minutes and rinse first with lukewarm water and then with cold.

This mask can be used every other day until you achieve the desired effect.
