6) Avoid food items with Vitamin B12. Source of B12 is fish, milk and milk products, egg, and meat.

7) Try and drink 6 to 8 glasses of water everyday.

There is no need to worry as there are many treatments, medicine and products available in the market to cure acne or pimples.
