Oats and tomatoes

Ingredients

 

  • 2 tbsp. oats
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tomato

 

 

Method:

 

    • Soak the oats overnight in a bowl, with enough water just to cover them. Oats help to reduce pore size and smooth the skin  as well as reducing the signs of redness and age spots.

    •  Tomatoes help to reduce oiliness and blackheads.Cut the tomato in half, and grate the inside of the tomato, discarding the skin.

    • Squeeze the tomato pulp over the bowl with the soaked oats in it. Get as much of the tomato juice from the pulp as possible, then discard the pulp.

    • Add this mixture to the blender, and add 1 tsp. of  lemon juice and process to a smooth pulp. Add some more water if the mixture is too thick. It should be the consistency of a pancake batter.

    • Wash the face with warm water, and pat dry.

    • Apply the face mask mixture to the face and neck and leave for 20 minutes ,rinse off with warm water.
