Semolina Cake




Semolina cake
4 eggs
1¼ cups sugar
1 cups melted sweet butter
2¼ cups semolina
1/2 cup of coconut
1/2 cup ground almonds
1 cup sour cream
1½ cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 packet vanilla sugar
1¼ cup sugar
A cup of water
Vanilla or rose water
Heat oven to 170 degrees.
In a Mixer bowl mix the eggs with the sugar until fluffy mixture,bright and shiny.
Fold in using a manual whisk the remaining cake materials.
Pour into the pan and bake 40 to 55 minutes, or check with a toothpick.
When the cake in the oven, boil the syrup and let it cool.
When the cake comes out of the oven – pour the syrup on it.
You can decorate coconut flakes and roasted almonds.
