Therefore, in this smoothie recipe we have included strawberries and kiwi, both rich in vitamin C. Strawberries contain potassium as well. Plus, bananas are an excellent source of potassium. Ground flax seed is added for fiber content.
Healthy and delicious smoothie same amount of fruits
•1/2 cup Low-fat yogurt
•1/2 cup Skim milk
• A banana
• A kiwi
• 1/2 cup of Strawberries
• One Tablespoon Ground flax seed
Method of preparation:
In a blender pour 1/2 cup of low-fat yogurt and 1/2 cup of skim milk. Add ½ cup of strawberries, 1 banana, 1 kiwi and 1tbsp. of ground flax seed .Blend the mixture until smooth. Transfer the smoothie into your favorite glass and enjoy this anti high blood pressure drink. Consume it daily or a couple of times a week.
