This cake so easy to make
2 cups young coconut meat
2 Tablespoons raw honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 Tablespoons coconut oil, melted
¼ teaspoon sea salt
Blend the coconut meat, honey, vanilla, lemon, coconut oil and sea salt in a food processor until very smooth and creamy. This may take 5 minutes or longer, so be patient and have faith that the coconut will become creamy! Chill for 20 minutes before using.
Get a watermelon and cut the edges
cover it wirh coconut cream and decorate with fruits and nuts
