Cinnamon And Ginger Drink For Loosing Weight
How do you lose weight quickly and healthy ? The solution in this drink of cinnamon and ginger
– Two tablespoons of ground ginger, or 3 tablespoons of grated fresh ginger.
– 4 Tablespoons of ground cinnamon.
– Two cups of water.
– Slices of one lemon
– One Teaspoon of honey “optional”
Pour water into a bowl and put it on the fire until boiling, then add the other ingredients except the honey.
Leave the mixture for 10 minutes on low heat, then Remove from fire and add the honey to taste.
Then, let the drink sit for ten minutes . Now,The drink is ready .
