1 Cup orange juice
Papaya ½
1 Plum (seedless) if you can’t find it try the one in the supermarket dried one and then don’t add sweetener
1 Tablespoon (sweetener if you like sweet juice if not skip it),
2 Tablespoon Flax seed (golden or brown) crushed
Ice to taste or as you like it
Preparation method
Beat all ingredients in blender.
Serve immediately.
