Detox Infused water is all the rage these days, and for good reason, too!
It’s healthy for you, and great for flushing bad toxins out of your body.
This is how to make it at home!
Grapefruit Rosemary Detox Water–
Add half of a grapefruit and several sprigs of rosemary
to the bottom of a pitcher. Let sit over night. Drink the next day.
Blood Orange Mint Detox Water–
Add half of one blood orange, sliced, plus a handful of mint to a pitcher.
Let sit over night, drink the next day. You can use navel orange- that’s good too.
