Hi Divas ,

After a long weekend I prefer to take a break from food , especially Grandma Susan’s food , that’s why I got some detox smoothies

that will help me maintain my body ,

It’s a great idea to do a regular cleansing of the body instead of simply bombarding it with processed foods and letting toxins accumulate.

You can decide what sort of program is right for you, as there are many different detox plans available.

Some people detox over a long weekend, some for two weeks or longer. It’s up to you to determine what your body needs and what you’re willing to attempt.

Drink a smoothie for breakfast or lunch. It will provide you with enough energy to power through your day. These fresh and nutrient dense smoothies give you tons of vitamins,

minerals and helps you stay regular. Try one now and be refreshed.

Note:
Coconut water is a natural source of electrolytes, like sodium, potassium, and magnesium.

It’s nature’s Gatorade, without all the added sugar, artificial flavoring and food coloring,

a natural way to rehydrate your system. Coconut water has 74% less sodium and 16x the amount of potassium that Gatorade has.

Potassium helps maintain normal blood pressure, decreases the chances of recurrent kidney stones and may reduce bone loss.

Try using coconut water as a refreshing addition to smoothies, before or after a workout
