Homemade Pumpkin face mask

Ingredients
2 cups of pureed pumpkin, cooked, fresh or canned

4 Tablespoons of yogurt

4 Tablespoons honey

1/3 Cup of almonds chopped

Half teaspoon of olive oil

Method:

Puree the pumpkin.

Add the yogurt and mix well, add honey, almonds and olive oil.

Apply the mixture on your face and leave on for 5-10 minutes, better if you’re in the bath or in the shower, because the enzymes are more active with heat.

Clean the mask with a dry cloth and then rinse with lukewarm water.

Apply a thin layer of moisturizer on your face.

You can save the mixture in a dry jar and use the rest within a week.
