It is located in Golden Beach, Florida, and has a warm and simple elegance.The residence is designed close to a Western courtyard, with all the rooms,

including the residing room, dining space, kitchen, breakfast,loved ones room and bedrooms organized about it.

A series of outdoor spaces was created in buy to weave a continuity of spaces and resources from the street to the water.

Starting up at the covered entry path, the visitor is engaged by the intimate outdoor front courtyard,

which connects through the excellent room of the house to the rear covered outside spaces that front the water views.
