Orange Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain non-fatĀ yogurt
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 large orange
- 7-10 small strawberries
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Peel oranges and try to remove as much of the pulp as possible.
- Combine all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into cup and enjoy.
