Peppermint oil feet soak
Peppermint oil is one of the world’s oldestĀ herbs , essential oil of peppermint has a relaxing, uplifting effect.
Epsom salt sedates the nervous system, reduces swelling and relaxes muscles. It is made of magnesium sulfate.
The magnesium helps your brain to produce serotonin – a natural mood booster.
Ingredients:
– 1/2 cup of Epsom salt
– 3 drops of essential oil of peppermint
Directions:
Combine Epsom salt and peppermint oil in a large tub of warm water. Soak feet for as long as desired. Rinse and dry feet.
Note: spring flowers are blooming in your area. Add flower petals (as many as you like) to your foot soak for added fragrance and beauty.
