Tea and coffee

 Studies spoke about the beneficial effect of coffee and tea on the health of the brain, “Thus, the evidence accumulates to confirm the possibility of improving our health by eating simple things daily a cup of coffee or tea.”

The researcher in this study, which was published recently in the Journal of Stroke, collect data on nearly 83,000 men and women aged between 45 and 74 years. All were asked whether they drink green tea or coffee. During the study period, which lasted for almost 13 years, researchers continued to follow up reports of hospitals, death certificates and data on deaths due to heart disease and stroke.

Researchers have found that those who were taking a cup of coffee at least per day has decreased their risk of stroke by 20%, compared with those who did not drink green tea rarely, people who drink two cups to three cups of green tea every day with little risk of stroke by 14 % and the higher amounts covered by tea person increased prevention of stroke.

It was found that  a cup of coffee or two cups of green tea per day have a lower risk of the type of stroke known as hemorrhagic strokes, which occur as a result of the explosion of one of the blood vessels in the brain, causing a brain hemorrhage and a rate of 32%
