Blueberry-Pomegranate Smoothie Recipe


  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened pomegranate juice
  • 2 tablespoons flax meal
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup ice


  1. Blend berries, juice, flax meal and honey in a blender until smooth. Add yogurt and ice; blend until smooth.
