It’s Friday and I’m So excited the weekend is here so I can spoil myself with some home remedies .

Baking Soda or Baking Powder
Lemon , if your skin is sensitive use Grapefruit
Squeeze as much juice out of one lemon and mix with enough baking soda to create a paste, add few drops of water if needed , this is just if you have rash from lemon,
Sometime I don’t Squeeze the lemon juice I just cut half lemon and spread on it some baking soda and message my elbows and knees ,
but make sure the paste is slightly loose. Spread some into underarm, knees and elbows and leave for 10 minutes. Then wash off with lukewarm water .
Don’t scrub because the lemon has acid and this will make your skin very red . Repeat daily for optimal results!
