Fenugreek Hair Mask

Ingredients

Fenugreek Seeds- ½ cup
Basil leaves- 1/2 cup
Mustard Oil-1/4 cup
Lemon Juice 2 table spoons
Yogurt – ½ cup

Method

Soak fenugreek seeds overnight. Wash the basil leaves. Put fenugreek seeds, basil leaves, yogurt and lemon juice in a blender. Blend to make a smooth paste. Transfer in a bowl, add mustard oil and mix well. Apply on the scalp and hair till the ends. Cover the head with a shower cap. Remove the mask with normal water after 30 minutes then wash hair with a mild shampoo. Fenugreek and basil prevent premature greying of hair and they also promote hair growth and make them smooth and silky.
