This mask is great for oily skin but can be used on all skin types.
3 tablespoons of fine oatmeal
2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley
½ grapefruit, juiced
Mix ingredients until smoothly blended. Leave for 5 minutes at room temperature and generously apply to face. Rinse after 15 minutes with cool water. Clean face with tonic lotion and apply cream. Mask can be used twice weekly. If you have sensitive skin use less grapefruit juice as the acidity will irritate the skin.
