Callus Away – Pineapple and Kiwi Soak

Use pineapple , Kiwi, Apple ,Pears , Grape and Watermelon ………….any fruit available  .
Peel and cut the fruit. There are more enzymes in fermented fruit but that can be a little smelly and messy. So unless you want your fruit fermented, use it as is.
Stick it in the blender or food processor until it has no chunks and has the approximate viscosity of a smoothie.
Pour the mix into a large bowl and scrape the sides with a spatula.
Add the honey and hot water. Stir with the same spatula. Anywhere from a few tablespoons of honey to 1/3 or 1/4 cup and however much water you want.
Add your salts. There’s no measure for how much you really need, but don’t go overboard.
Set the bowl on the floor. Pull up a chair and stick your feet in.
Now relax and sit for at least 20 minutes when done wash with warm water and use stone to rub the callus easy.
