How to get rid of black under eyes

Lettuce
Water
Method
Boil the water add the lettuce leaves and let it stand for ten minutes when it’s cool down use
cotton ball and put it on your eyes covering all the area leave it for ten minutes and
rinse with warm water do it three times a week for best results

I’m sry I’m confused,do i put the lettuce under my eyes..or dip cotton ball in and put that on my eyes?

lol probably not, dark circles are hereditary, and nothing you apply on the surface of your skin is going to change your DNA and physical blemishes, unless it is cover-up-foundation.
I am still going to try it….
