Grandma Susan will provide us with a scrub to get rid of cellulite …

Do you believe it… coffee scrub to reduce cellulite.

Yes girl give it a try and keep doing it by measuring your cellulite area

and you will notice the difference yourself. It’s a magic scrub .

The caffeine it contains provides  benefits as a scrub.

When coffee is applied to the surface of your skin,

it helps redistribute fat cells and decrease the formation of cellulite.

And the caffeine in a coffee scrub acts as a vascular restriction,

shrinking blood vessels and reducing varicose veins.

Ingredients:

2 cups of  ground coffee

1/2 cup r sugar or brown sugar

2/3 tablespoon of massage oil

Few drops of vanilla extract …..Brown sugar,Vanilla extract adds a sweet smell.

One teaspoon of  cinnamon will give your scrub a stronger, sharper scent.

A dash of perfume oil to your scrub will give it a marvelous scent.

Method:

Mix all ingredients  together in a bowl.

Apply it to wet  skin.Rub it in circular motions with your fingers,

you can also use a washcloth or loofah.

Be cautious with perfume oils, if you are planning to apply the scrub to your face, the perfume oil may be too strong.

This is especially true for sensitive skin.

Try to avoid any items you may be allergic to.

Take caution in case you are allergic. Read all ingredients carefully before starting.

I have the same questionas Andra. IMO I think (I’m no expert, and I’m 17 wks) but think it would be ok as would any exfoliating scrub or the use of coco butter. Again, just my opinion. You would always want to ask your OB 1st just to be safe. But I’m going to try it!
