I’m Suffering from this and always gaining weight .I told my Grandma Susan and she gave me this juice to try and it’s like magic working perfect for me
Try it yourself  if you suffer from constipation but  you have to drink it every morning ,if you dieting make it your breakfast drink
 
A good juice for constipation should have the right combination of ingredients for a healthy intestine. These are fruits, fiber sources, considered natural bowel regulators and water.
 
The last several days without a bowel movement, hard stools and abundant accumulate. The effort must be made to dislodge increases the pressure on the walls of the intestine and prevents the normal circulation of blood in the lower body.
 
This brings consequences dilation of veins and varicose veins as well hemorrhoid problems or lower extremities, anal fissure, urinary retention, etc.
 
Digestive Juice Recipe
 
Here we leave a home remedy for digestive juice rich in fiber to improve bowel function, decrease appetite and prevent the absorption of fat and toxins.
 
Ingredients
 
1 Cup orange juice
   Papaya ½
1 Plum (seedless) if you can’t find it try the one in the supermarket dried one and then don’t add sweetener
1 Tablespoon (sweetener if you like sweet juice if not skip it),
2 Tablespoon Flax seed (golden or brown) crushed
   Ice to taste or as you like it
 
Preparation method
 
Beat all ingredients in blender.
 
Serve immediately.
